Return & Refund Policy
سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

At [AMIRSO], customer satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with applicable laws in Saudi Arabia, customers have the right to request a return or refund under the following conditions:
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
• Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection and approval
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

في [أميرسو]، رضا العملاء هو أولويتنا. وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق للعميل طلب الإرجاع أو الاسترداد وفق الشروط التالية:
• يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير تالف، وفي عبوته الأصلية
• لا تشمل سياسة الإرجاع المنتجات المتضررة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام
• في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ في المنتج، نتحمل تكلفة الشحن
• يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 3–7 أيام عمل بعد الفحص والموافقة
• يتم رد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع
